This remake not only has beautifully-redrawn graphics and animations in HD, but also a completely remastered soundtrack, new levels and a multiplayer mode for up to four players. Each stage of the game has a unique challenge that requires a completely different approach that will take the player's gaming skills to the limit. If needs be, he can ditch his suit altogether and slither into confined spaces as a worm. He can spin his head to slow his fall helicopter-style, and even hang from objects by his head, leaving his hands free to shoot. He can pull his flexible, wormy body out of the suit to whip enemies and swing from convenient objects. Jim's physique allows him a few advantages.

Publishers seem to think they can simply take a well-loved classic, dust it off, tart it up, add in a few new features and throw it online for longtime fans to download for a minor fee.
